The Project Plan Review is a fast, CIO-level review of your project plan (and any supporting materials such as vendor proposals, budgets, timelines, and requirements) to help you avoid costly surprises before you commit. In 48 hours, you’ll receive an evidence-based assessment of what’s solid, what’s missing, and what must change to reduce delivery risk. Process: - 30 minute initial discussion - Submission of documentation for review - 45 minute post review discussion within 48 hours
